A rhythm, not a timetable. Two coached sessions most mornings, island adventures in between, and evenings built for stories.

Days 1 – 7 · Foundations

Week one: find your feet

  1. Day 1 · ArrivalAirport pickup, villa check-in, level groups over fresh coconuts, welcome dinner and a sunset stroll to the beach.
  2. Day 2 · WhitewaterSurf theory on the sand, pop-up drills, then your first whitewater rides at the beginner beach. Evening: ocean safety talk and personal goal cards.
  3. Day 3 · PaddlingPaddling technique, turtle rolls and catching waves sooner. Afternoon stretch in the pool plus your first video review.
  4. Day 4 · Rest or reefSunrise yoga if you like, cruisy free surf with a coach nearby, or the sunset run to the sea temple.
  5. Day 5 · Green wavesImprovers taste their first unbroken waves while beginners link longer whitewater rides. Mobility session after lunch.
  6. Day 6 · WaterfallsWaterfall day — jungle hike, swim and lunch out. Evening surf awards where the best wipeout wins the biggest cheer.
  7. Day 7 · Slow SundayLie in, pancake breakfast, lazy free surf, massage slots and a beach bonfire to end week one.

Days 8 – 14 · Progression

  1. Day 8 · PositioningReading peaks, lineup etiquette and finding your spot. Improvers get their first reef session.
  2. Day 9 · TrimmingWeight shifts and looking down the line — riding across the face instead of beelining for the sand.
  3. Day 10 · VolcanoA 2 a.m. start for the volcano sunrise trek. Afternoon off — your legs will insist on it.
  4. Day 11 · TurnsBottom turns and cutbacks split into simple drills. Personal feedback from your coach on the week's clips.
  5. Day 12 · Boat dayBoat day to a wave the road can't reach. Lunch on deck, another session on the cruise back.
  6. Day 13 · Best dayYour coaches pick the fortnight's finest wave for your level. Sunset shoot, then graduation dinner.
  7. Day 14 · DepartureOne last dawn patrol, a big breakfast, your photo gallery, hugs and airport rides. Half of you will already be rebooking.

Every day

From first light to last stories

  1. Dawn surf at the best working wave nearby
  2. Big breakfast together at the villa
  3. Pool hangs or video review with your coach
  4. Island tour or an afternoon surf
  5. Dinner together and the next day's plan

Nothing is compulsory. Sit a session out, sleep late and rejoin us at dinner.
