Booking & payment
A €200 deposit (€400 for the group suite) holds your spot for seven days. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival; unpaid spots are released with the deposit kept as credit.
Cancellation
Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a full refund, 14+ days for 50%, and inside 14 days your payment converts to credit for any future camp within 18 months.
Safety & insurance
Surfing carries risk; coaches brief every session and can move or cancel it for safety. Travel insurance covering surfing is mandatory and checked at check-in.
Camp rules
Respect quiet hours after 23:00, reef-safe sunscreen only, and no smoking inside rooms. Serious misconduct — theft, harassment, reef damage — ends a stay without refund.
